Outlet malls in Georgia are a discount-shopper's dream, filled with high-end and luxury retailers offering a tremendous selection of items at affordable prices. While many of Georgia's outlet malls are within easy access to Atlanta and North Georgia, the southern part of the state also has great bargains. Tip: Most outlet malls have coupon books and specials, so check online or at guest services for the latest deals. 

  • Calhoun Premium Outlets

    Calhoun Premium Outlets® on I-75 between Cartersville and Dalton at Exit 312 has 50 stores. Trendsetters will appreciate the American Eagle, Tommy Hilfiger and Old Navy Outlet stores, while moms will love Carter’s, OshKosh B’Gosh and Justice for their little ones, and Ann Taylor Factory store, Coach and Jones New York for themselves. Dads can pick up a little something at Direct Tools Factory Outlet, Polo Ralph Lauren and the Nike Factory Store.

  • North Georgia Premium Outlets

    North Georgia Premium Outlets is about 45 minutes north of Atlanta on Georgia 400 in Dawsonville at the foothills of the North Georgia mountains. Standouts among the 140 stores include Michael Kors, Kate Spade New York, Burberry and Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th. Add home furnishings and housewares giants Pottery Barn Outlet, Restoration Hardware and Williams-Sonoma Outlet, and you’re in shopping utopia. There’s a large indoor food court with Auntie Anne’s Soft Pretzels, Freshens, Caribou Coffee and, if the kids get antsy, they can frolic in their own courtyard playground.  

  • Tanger Outlet Center

    Tanger Outlet Center - Commerce is on I-85 north of Atlanta with Abercrombie & Fitch and Calvin Klein among the 80-plus stores in the mall. Tanger Outlet Center - Locust Grove is south of Atlanta off I-75 and offers many of the same shops, including Banana Republic and Gap. The surrounding areas are full of restaurant options from fast-food to sit-down eateries, if you need a rest.
  • Sugarloaf Mills

    Sugarloaf Mills, a shopping, dining and entertainment destination, is just 30 minutes north of downtown Atlanta in Gwinnett County. The climate-controlled indoor mall is ideal for visiting at any time of year in any type of weather. Sugarloaf Mills is the largest outlet center in the state with 180-plus stores, including the high-end Neiman Marcus Last Call, LEGO Outlet and outdoor giant Bass Pro Shops. Enjoy a Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament, hit the games at Dave & Buster’s or catch a movie at the 18-screen AMC Theatre. 

  • The Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta

    The Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta opened in July 2013 right off I-575, bringing the outlet experience to Woodstock and Cherokee County. Find the latest from 80-plus stores like Calphalon, True Religion, Chico’s and Yankee Candle. 

  • Lake Park Outlets, Peach Shops of Byron and Factory Sores at Adel

    If you’re heading south, make a bargain shopping detour at three outlet centers: Lake Park Outlets south of Valdosta, Peach Shops of Byron in Central Georgia and the Factory Stores at Adel between Tifton and Valdosta, all on I-75.
